Terms of service
These terms govern access to and use of the PalAgent website and services (the “Service”), provided by Alex Armengou Parrado, trading as PalAgent, Riera d'en Nofre 2 D, P03 A, 08970 Sant Joan Despí, Barcelona, Spain (“we”). By contracting or using the Service you accept these terms.
1. The Service
PalAgent provides AI agents that answer enquiries from your customers and support your sales and communication processes, based on content and instructions you provide. The features included depend on your plan as described on the pricing page or in your written agreement.
2. Your account and content
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for the content and instructions you give your agent and for having the right to use them. You keep all rights to your content; you grant us a licence to process it only to provide the Service.
3. Nature of AI answers
AI agents generate answers automatically. Although they are grounded in your content, answers may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing how your agent is configured and for decisions taken on the basis of its answers. The Service is not intended to give legal, medical or financial advice. Your customers are informed that they are interacting with an AI agent.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory or harmful purposes, to send unsolicited communications, to impersonate people, or to process special categories of personal data without a legal basis. We may suspend agents that breach these rules.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are those shown on the pricing page or agreed in writing and are payable as described in the payment policy. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
6. Term and cancellation
Starter and Growth plans have no minimum term. You may cancel at any time and the Service continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by the refund policy. After cancellation you have 30 days to request an export of your data.
7. Data protection
We process personal data as described in the privacy policy. For conversations between your agent and your customers we act as your data processor, and a data processing agreement is available on request.
8. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or the mandatory rights of consumers.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will notify material changes by email at least 14 days in advance. These terms are governed by Spanish law and disputes are subject to the courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
